Lightweight sheet with visible internal flutes. White, natural milky, black and nine additional colours are listed. Signs, packaging dividers, classroom models and temporary surface protection. Choose when a fluted sheet suits the project; check edge appearance, support and flute direction. White offers 4 and 6 mm; other listed colours are 4 mm. S1 · S2
ABS plastic sheet with a textured hair-cell face, in white or black. Interior trim, equipment covers, retail fixtures and formed prototypes described in the current listings. Choose for its textured visible face. White has three listed thicknesses; black adds a 3/16-inch option. Ask about forming and attachment for your part. S1
Black ABS sheet with a carbon-fibre-inspired surface pattern. It is not a carbon-fibre composite sheet. Decorative trim, display panels and custom fabricated covers. Choose for the patterned appearance. Listed sheets are 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4 inch, with a separate custom-size enquiry option. S1 · S3
PVC foam sheet listed under Celtec Sintra option names. The brochure describes a smooth face and foam core. Printed signs, lettering, exhibition graphics and models. Choose among 3, 6 and 13 mm in either listed colour. Confirm the supplied brand and print system before specifying a finished job. S1 · S4
A separate white PVC foam board listing with thicker imperial options. Indoor display components, retail graphics and architectural models in the current listing. Listed in 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch. Select the exact listing rather than assuming it is interchangeable with another PVC foam board. S1

Plan a lightweight sign or template around the flute direction. Include the support method and exposed edges.

Choose ABS when a textured visible face suits the part. Share the profile, forming requirements and trim lines.

Cut PVC foam board into display shapes or letters. Match the selected board to the finish and print system.
For a temporary event sign, start with the finished graphic size and how the panel will be held. Coroplast is listed for signage and printing; its brochure also shows packaging dividers and craft uses. For a divider layout, include the number of pieces and any slots in your drawing. Ask which flute direction suits the design before the sheets are cut. S1 · S2
The ABS hair-cell listings describe interior panels, equipment covers and formed prototypes. A replacement trim project starts with a template or dimensioned drawing, the visible face, cut-outs and attachment locations. Choose white or black, then discuss the thickness and whether the part stays flat or needs forming. The listing does not provide an approved forming recipe. S1
Carbon-fibre-look ABS can provide a coordinated patterned face across decorative trim or display panels. Mark the orientation of neighbouring pieces on the cutting layout so the pattern can be considered together. Use the material name on your enquiry: carbon-fibre-look ABS. The decorative pattern does not establish carbon-composite construction or structural performance. S1 · S3
PVC foam board is listed for graphics, custom lettering and model making. For an exhibition panel, share the artwork dimensions, intended print or laminate process and mounting plan. For a model, list each component and required thickness rather than choosing only by the overall sheet size. Ask the fabricator to confirm edge finish and detail limits for small cut-outs. S1 · S4
Choose the exact board listing. Thickness, print compatibility and forming requirements are not interchangeable across these materials.
Decide whether the project needs a fluted board, a textured plastic face, a decorative pattern or a smooth graphics surface. Send a sketch and describe where the part will sit. A material used for a display panel is not automatically suitable for a load-bearing part or a protective equipment guard. S1
All current standard options in this category use 4 x 8 ft sheets, also written as 48 x 96 inches. Colour and thickness combinations vary by family: for example, 6 mm Coroplast is listed only in white. Use the exact option table in the catalogue when preparing an order. Custom dimensions require a quote. S1 · S2
Natural Coroplast is described as milky in its order label, rather than optically clear. Hair-cell texture and carbon-fibre-look pattern are different finishes. Ask for a sample when matching existing trim or a customer colour; the photographs show appearance references and cannot establish an exact colour match. S1
Provide finished length and width, quantity, holes, slots, visible edges and any face or pattern direction. Tell the team whether dimensions are final part sizes or rough blanks. Confirm cutting allowance, tolerances and the fabrication method with the team before treating a nominal 4 x 8 ft sheet as a finished panel. S1
Current option labels say Celtec Sintra, the separate thicker-board listing says Komacel, and the PVC brochure refers to Intecell. These names do not establish one interchangeable product. Request the actual manufacturer, grade and thickness for the board being supplied, especially when a print process or customer specification names a brand. S1 · S4
The brochures describe cutting and fabrication uses but do not give blade settings, speeds, forming temperatures or bend limits. Before work begins, obtain instructions for the exact supplied grade and chosen process. Include the drawing and thickness when asking Supply Kings or your fabricator for guidance. S1 · S2 · S3 · S4
Ask the printer or installer to confirm compatibility between the selected board, ink, laminate, adhesive and mounting arrangement. The sources list graphics and display applications but provide no approved adhesive list, fastener spacing or unsupported-span table. A sample trial can be agreed with the supplier before committing the full batch. S1 · S4
No grade-specific cleaning or storage instructions accompany these listings. Request the recommended cleaner, surface-care procedure and sheet storage guidance for the supplied product. Identify any printed or laminated finish as well, because its care requirements must be checked separately from those of the base sheet. S1
Hair-cell options say 1/16 inch (.060 inch), which are not exactly equal. Confirm actual thickness and tolerance for fitted parts; the catalogue preserves the listed wording. S1
